I received the following error: “Unable to verify your identity.” What does that mean and what do I do?

If you’ve received a message saying we were unable to verify your identity when trying to sign up, please carefully review all your information and try signing up again. Please make sure your name is spelled correctly and reflects your full legal name.

If you still receive the same error message, unfortunately that means we are unable to verify your information to that of public record and cannot open a Kikoff account for you.
