If you did not receive a phone verification code, please double check that the phone number you are using is mobile, non-VOIP, and can receive SMS. We require a mobile (non-VOIP) phone with SMS for authentication and for communicating important messages as part of our data furnishing agreements with all three major credit bureaus.
If your phone does meet the requirements and you still have not received a phone verification code, please make sure the number is correct.
If your non-VOIP mobile phone number with SMS is correctly inputted and you still have not received a verification code, please e-mail customer service at support@kikoff.com with screenshots and a description of the steps you took.
