There are multiple ways to access and edit your payment information within the Kikoff mobile app or website.
From your Account Tab
- Under payment methods, click 'Add New' and follow the onscreen prompts to enter new payment information.
From your dashboard
- Click 'Pay Now' and follow the onscreen prompts
From your Account Summary page
- Under Autopay, select the drop down that says 'Pay From' and follow the onscreen prompts
If you are encountering issues with updating your payment method, don't hesitate to reach out and let us know! Providing screen shots and the steps you took before encountering the issue will help us trouble shoot so be sure to include those.
Please note, if you are encountering a decline message we would encourage you to contact your financial institution for more details.
